Privacy Policy

Coloring & Learning is run by Ali Ammar, an individual sole trader based in Pakistan. Coloring & Learning provides free coloring pages, worksheets, and early-learning activities for children aged 2–8 and the adults who care for them.

Ali Ammar is the data controller for this site. We do not operate a public office, so the way to reach us about anything in this policy — including a request to see or delete data — is by email at hello@coloringandlearning.com. We answer privacy requests within 30 days.

• There are no user accounts on this site, for adults or children.
• We operate no database. Nothing you type is stored on our own servers, because we do not run any.
• The children's area at /play collects nothing, loads no analytics, and shows no ads.
• Analytics cookies are off until you agree to them, and you can change your mind at any time.

Our interactive kids area (the pages under /play) does not ask for, collect, or store any personal information from children. There are no accounts or logins for children, no analytics of any kind, and no advertising. A child's coloring progress is saved only in their own device's local storage and never leaves the device — clearing the browser's data removes it entirely.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, email hello@coloringandlearning.com and we will delete it.

We hold no visitor data ourselves. The services below process limited data on our behalf, and each has its own privacy policy.

• Hosting (Vercel). Our host records standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. This happens for every website and we cannot switch it off.
• Contact form (Formspree). If you use our contact form, the name, email address and message you type are sent to Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. If you would rather not use a third party, email hello@coloringandlearning.com directly instead.
• Email (Cloudflare Email Routing). Mail sent to our published address passes through Cloudflare on its way to us.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). Only if you accept analytics cookies. See the section below.
• Newsletter. If you sign up, the email address you give is passed to our email provider so we can send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

These providers are based outside Pakistan, mainly in the United States and the EU, so using this site involves an international transfer of the limited data described above.

We use Google Analytics 4 on the adult-facing parts of the site to see which pages are useful. It sets cookies and is therefore off until you agree: nothing is loaded and no cookie is written unless you choose “Allow” on the banner. Choosing “No thanks”, or ignoring the banner, means no analytics run at all.

Your choice is remembered in your own browser's local storage and is not sent to us. You can change it at any time with the Cookie preferenceslink at the bottom of any page. The children's area never loads analytics and never shows this banner.

We keep nothing ourselves. Contact form messages reach us as email and we delete them once the matter is dealt with, normally within 12 months. Analytics data, if you have agreed to it, is retained by Google under its own retention schedule rather than by us. Server logs are held briefly by our host for security purposes.

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to ask what data relates to you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Our legal basis for analytics is your consent; for replying to your messages it is our legitimate interest in answering you.

California residents have the right to know about, and opt out of, the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have.

To exercise any of these, email hello@coloringandlearning.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes — anything that alters what is collected or who processes it — will be flagged on the site rather than made quietly.
