Earth from Space Coloring Page
Kids · 5–8The Earth as a single sphere, with the coastlines of the Americas picked out and bands of cloud swirling across them, surrounded by a scatter of stars. It is the one page in this category where a child already knows the right colours, and watching them work that out is the whole point: blue for the sea without being told, green or brown for the land, white for the cloud. The continents are drawn as separate closed shapes, so they can be filled individually rather than as one mass, and there is enough coastline detail to keep an older child slowing down. Six or seven is the age where a child first understands that the ground they are standing on is this, and a page they can hold is a better way into that than a sentence is. Print on A4 or US Letter, or colour it online with the paint bucket.
