Space Helmet Coloring Page

An astronaut's helmet on its own, drawn large and front-on, with a wide curved visor and a ring at the neck where it joins the suit. There is no person in it, and that is deliberate: it is a helmet waiting for a face, and a surprising number of children draw themselves into it without being asked. The shape is three or four big curves, which makes it one of the easiest pages here and a good one for a two- or three-year-old who wants to join in with older siblings doing the rover. The visor is a single large area, so it takes one confident sweep of colour. Print it on A4 or US Letter, or colour it online. The ring at the bottom is where it locks onto the suit, and it has to seal perfectly — which is a simple way into why a spacesuit is one object rather than a set of clothes.
