Trace the Letter C

Stroke order for C
C is a single stroke and the most valuable one on this sheet. Start at about two o'clock, travel up and to the left, curve all the way round and stop at about four o'clock. One movement, no lifts, no decisions.
Capital and lowercase are the same shape at different heights, so every repetition on this page counts twice.
Why this one matters most
The c stroke is the opening movement of a, d, g, o and q. A child who grooves it correctly here has effectively started five other letters. A child who learns it clockwise has five letters to unlearn later, which is why the direction is worth watching on this sheet more than on any other.
